Step 1: Setting up a MetaMask Account

Downloading and Installing MetaMask MetaMask can easily be obtained as a browser extension compatible with various browsers.

Links to download MetaMask are provided for the Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons, and Edge Add-ons.

MetaMask also functions seamlessly with the Brave browser.

Furthermore, MetaMask can be installed on both Android, and iOS.

Creating an Account

Once MetaMask is downloaded and installed, you can proceed with creating an account.

The account creation process involves the following steps:

1. Click on the "Create a Wallet" button.

2. Generate a password, which will serve as your login credential for MetaMask within the same browser.

3. Safeguard your secret seed phrase by noting it down in a secure location.

4. Sequentially select and confirm each phrase.

It's crucial to remember:

• Your seed phrase is essential if you wish to import your wallet to a fresh MetaMask installation on another browser and/or device.

• Never disclose your seed phrase to anyone, as it functions similarly to your password and grants access to your account.

• The Base Farm developers and moderators will never request your seed phrase or password.
