# Land NFTs: Accessing the Game

### **Drop Rates:**

###  **Common - 55%, Uncommon - 25%, Rare - 15%, Legendary - 5%**

Accessing the Game: Owning a Land NFT provides numerous passive rewards to its owners. Additionally, our Land NFT grants access to the Play-To-Earn feature of the Base Farm game. By possessing any of our initial minted NFTs, players gain access to the game for the duration of their ownership.

###  **Common - 5000 Uncommon - 3000 Rare - 1500 Legendary - 500**

#### Durability: 

What is durability? Each land possesses a durability level that is susceptible to decay. As durability decreases, expenses for repairs and maintenance increase. If durability reaches zero, the land becomes disabled. Maintenance/repairs require more resources as durability decreases from its maximum level.

#### Ownership Limit:

 Every player can mint a maximum of 4 lands per wallet. However, additional lands can be acquired by using more wallets.

What's Included with the Pass: The Land NFT pass includes an empty land for building essential structures. Additionally, it comes with a bundle featuring each type of character (Farmer, Builder, Miner, Hunter, Fighter, Craftsman), totaling 12 characters - 6 male and 6 female. This bundle provides sufficient support for sustaining your land.
